Robert Metcalfe , Chairman

Mr. Metcalfe has been Counsel at Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns LLP since 2001 and, prior to that, he was a senior partner with the law firm Lang Michener LLP for 20 years. Mr. Metcalfe has extensive executive, board, compensation committee and audit committee experience and currently serves on the board of several public companies. Mr. Metcalfe has a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. Metcalfe is independent within the meaning of National Instrument 52-110 of the Canadian Securities Administrators.

J. Trevor Eyton

Senator Eyton served as President and CEO of Brascan (now Brookfield Asset Management Inc.). He currently serves on the boards of Brookfield Asset Management , Magna International, Silver Bear Resources Inc. and Altus Group Limited. Senator Eyton was appointed a director of LeadFX's predecessor company in May 2000.

Wayne Richardson

Mr. Richardson has wide ranging experience in the lead industry and has had a career in strategic business development at the senior management level in domestic and international markets. Mr. Richardson is the Chairman of the Board of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Rosslyn Hill Mining Pty Ltd., and a director and the President and CEO of Enirgi Group Corporation. Enirgi Group Corporation is a private Canadian company wholly owned within the Sentient Group of Global Resource Funds. Mr. Richardson joined the board in March 2012.

David Ming Qi

David Ming Qi has been Deputy General Manager at China Yunnan Metallurgical Group Co. Ltd. ("CYMCO") since 2008 - responsible for CYMCO's overseas projects and M&A activities. From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Qi held the position of General Manager and Managing Director at Pan-Horizon Building Materials (Beijing), Inc. in Beijing, China. Mr. Qi is an experienced executive having a broad range of experience in both China and internationally. He has lived and worked for over 18 years in the United States and has extensive work experience in industries from IT to building materials with several US companies including Armstrong World Industries (China) Ltd. in Hong Kong and Shanghai, GIS Services Inc. in Alexandra, Virginia, Thomas Bros. Maps/Rand McNally in Irvine, California, and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) in Redlands, California. Mr. Qi is a Certified Photogrammetrist granted by the US Society of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and GIS.

Peter Robson

Peter Robson is an experienced company director with a professional background as a senior engineer with both Australian and Asian manufacturing firms. Mr. Robson has worked over many years at both operational and senior executive levels and has a deep understanding of Australia's manufacturing and engineering industries. Mr. Robson's career has established him with a unique network throughout Australian industry and government. After nearly 25 years in engineering and managerial roles in the manufacturing industry, Mr. Robson held various executive positions with Australian trade unions, culminating in his role from 1993 to 1995 as the National Secretary for the Community and Public Sector Union, Australia's then largest union. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Robson acted as a Senior Advisor to PricewaterhouseCoopers on commercializing various technologies arising from its minerals and mining division.

David Warner

Mr. Warner is a senior professional accountant and former Partner at KPMG LLP, having retired in September 2010 after 30 years of service. During this time, Mr. Warner worked primarily with public companies in the areas of mining, oil and gas, regulated industries and real estate. Mr. Warner has extensive board and audit committee experience and currently serves on the board and audit committees of Lipari Energy Inc., Castillan Resources Corp. and Adriana Resources Inc. Mr. Warner has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University.

Michel Marier

Michel Marier joined the Sentient Group in 2009 as an investment manager and works from Sentient’s Australian office in Sydney. At Sentient, Mr. Marier oversees a number of investments in the mining industry. Mr. Marier is a director of Samco Gold (SGA:TSXV) and Toro Energy (TOE:ASX). Before joining Sentient, Mr. Marier worked for several years in the Private Equity division of la Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ).

Mr. Marier holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from HEC Montreal and is a CFA charterholder.
