Andrew Worland , CEO and Corporate Secretary

Andrew is a seasoned mining executive based in Perth, Western Australia and has over two decades of experience working in senior finance, corporate and project management and marketing roles in the Western Australian mining sector for ASX and TSX listed companies. Most recently he has held the role as General Manager and Company Secretary of ASX listed Toro Energy Limited whose main undertaking is the Wiluna Project located approximately 50 km from LeadFX’s flagship Paroo Station Mine in Western Australia. In that role, Andrew has overseen the Wiluna Project’s successful state and federal environmental permitting efforts and managed Toro Energy’s project development team and corporate, financial and business development activities. Prior to Toro Energy, he was part of the executive team of Moly Mines Ltd which successfully completed a dual listing on the ASX and TSX in 2006. His commodity experience includes nickel, cobalt, gold and iron ore operations and marketing molybdenum and uranium.

Lincoln Greenidge , Chief Financial Officer

Lincoln is a Canadian Chartered Accountant who has had various Finance roles within industries such as Commercial Banking, High Technology, Life Sciences, Dry Food Products, and Mining over the past 18 years. Prior to joining Enirgi Group, he was Corporate Controller of HudBay Minerals and IAMGOLD leading the creation and development of their Global Finance teams.

Tom Cooper , Mining Manager

Tom is a Mining Engineer with 14 years’ experience in open cut operations across the gold, nickel, copper, iron ore, coal and lead commodities in Australasia. Tom has worked for both clients and contractors and has been involved with mine start-ups and completions along with civil project management.

D'Arcy Doherty , Vice President, Legal and General Counsel

D'Arcy is a former partner with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, one of Canada's largest law firms, where he worked with public mining companies focusing on corporate and securities law. D'Arcy holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) from McGill University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria and a Master of Laws (Securities Law) from Osgoode Hall Law School. D'Arcy is a member of the Ontario bar.
