Ivernia Announces Departure of VP, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 30, 2013) - Ivernia Inc. ("Ivernia" or the "Company") (TSX:IVW) today announced that, effective September 30, 2013, Brent Omland will step down as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities.

In accordance with the management services agreement between the Company and Enirgi Group Corporation ("Enirgi Group"), Enirgi Group provides key executive officers to Ivernia. As a result, effective immediately Stephen Pike, Group Financial Controller of Enirgi Group, will transfer into the Enirgi Metal Group as CFO and interim CFO of Ivernia.
