(the "Company" or "LeadFX") (TSX: LFX) reports that at its Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on June 9, 2016 there were 153 shareholders voting in person and by proxy holding 34,324,510 common shares being 89.73% of the total number of LeadFX issued and outstanding common shares.
Each of the directors listed as nominees in the management information circular dated April 27, 2016 were elected directors of the Company until the next Annual Meeting.
